It is our aim to ship out all orders withing 24 hours of receiving cleared orders. Orders received on weekend will be shipped on Monday for better shipping time. Orders that have triggered issues will take longer.

Customers in Greater Toronto Area & Surrounding will be offered a lower cost shipping options ship via various couriers. Orders dispatch on weekends and holidays may be delayed.

Shipping Insurance
All shipments have a standard coverage (insurance) of CAD$100 in case of a loss (Not Delivered) during shipping process.
Extra coverage is added by Route+ for an additional cost. Customers have option to opt out of the third party coverage at the time of checkout, if you decide to opt out please note your parcel is only covered by Canada Post with a maximum of $100 coverage regardless of the order total and only in the event of a non-delivery.
Free Shipping when offered will only have a maximum coverage of $100, but extra coverage can be added to every order for an additional charge based on the order total.
